Schools & SENCO's

Our aim is to help you understanding and support your students with dyslexia and other learning difficulties. The only way for you to formally diagnose dyslexia and other learning difficulties is through a Diagnostic Assessment conducted by a certified dyslexia assessor. This is where we come in. This assessment provides a clear understanding of whether your student is dyslexic and we offer a detailed report outlining their strengths, weaknesses, and their cognitive profile.

Why your student needs a Diagnostic Assessment?

Our aim in the assessment is to:

✔️ Identify your student’s unique learning style and strategies that work best for them.

✔️ We gather information on their reading, spelling, and writing abilities.

✔️ We consider their literacy skills alongside their age, educational experience, other areas of attainment and wider assessment profile.

✔️ We also consider any other factors that may impact their learning.

✔️ Finally we establish whether Reasonable Adjustments are needed for them to have fair access to the curriculum and their exams.

You can request an assessment through your Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) or of course your student’s parents can choose to arrange a private assessment with us.
