ADHD affects attention, impulse control, and hyperactivity. It can impact academic and work environments in the following ways: Difficulty focusing on tasks or maintaining attention in meetings or study sessions. Time management issues leading to missed deadlines or incomplete tasks. Challenges with organisation and prioritising tasks. Impulsivity and difficulty with multitasking, affecting work performance and academic interactions. From age 18, we can assess ADHD characteristics as part of an SpLD educational profile. For individuals aged 16–17, attention and executive functioning difficulties can be explored and reported within an educational assessment. These assessments are educational and non-medical and do not provide a medical diagnosis of ADHD. With the right support, individuals with ADHD can develop strategies to manage these challenges and succeed in their academic and professional lives. *None Medical
